Currently, we are not offering Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please use our available online payment methods to complete your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at emadecontactus@gmail.com.

Since our products are handmade, processing times may vary. Some items may take over a week to prepare before they are shipped. You will be notified once your order is ready for shipment.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include a video of the unboxing as proof, and we will assist you with the next steps.
